On today’s episode I discuss lessons learnt from Rich Diviney’s book The Attributes, in particular the topic of fear. I often gets asked by coaching clients and our community about ‘how to overcome fear?’ I see it a lot in people who have an idea that they want to make a reality but who find that fear stops them from taking action. Diviney’s book shares research and insights into what exactly fear is and how moving towards it, is one of the best ways to overcome it.  In this episode I share tips and tricks for how you can put this into action to ‘just start’ and explore how understanding where fear comes from and how it shows up can be the best tool to overcoming it.
