Go to running podcast!

As an avid runner (well, avid somewhat beginner) who has few (no) running friends, this podcast and its hosts are my running friends by proxy. So much great education throughout, I have learnt a tremendous amount that has assisted me on my road to my marathon.

Ok but too many ads

I get ads are a reality of podcasting but this is annoying littered with ads throughout the content and even dropped in in the middle of the show topic. Off putting

New and exciting goals.

I came across this podcast early in 2020 when I started my journey to rekindle my love of running. I admittedly didn’t start listening to episodes until late last year, after an amazing year of running I have to say, but since then have loved the content whilst on my runs. So many really relevant topics from running tips, nutrition and mindset and interesting conversations with other runners from all over the world.

2020 for me was just shy of 1600kms. Turned 40 yrs old. Lost 16kgs and many inches and have now to date run 8 half-marathon distances. Last weekend running a 1:56:35 PR.

I’ll definitely be listening in as I now change my focus to increasing my distances to achieve the new goal of running a full marathon this year.

Great job on your podcast guys from South Australia.
