Incredible

Esther is masterful: honest, articulate and wise. I am constantly awed by her ability to cut through the noise and find insight in such diverse relationships. You can tell she is a true leader when she points out her own flaws during her reflections, and identifies the opportunities she missed to help her clients. Her humility and awareness is inspiring. Plus, her sense of humour brings levity to the most tense situations and makes for a fantastic listen.

Race gender money

Esther is great but that episode was upsetting. A man who is in charge claiming victimhood. A woman below him feeling guilty. I don’t think so.
