G’day mates!
Firstly, thank you for all the wisdom shared in these podcasts. Secondly and more importantly, thanks for all the pet peeves... I identify with way too many of them.

Do all Americans think that Aussie/South African/British people sound the same or is it just Doug?

I’ve been doing CrossFit for just over a year now, after basically neglecting fitness for the previous 23 years of my existence.
My coach recommended the podcast after we started running the icon programming at our gym. I’ve found the tips mixed in with humour to be great for helping me to progress on this journey.

Would be great if you could share some tips on how to improve mobility, specifically for snatches/OH Squat as this seems to be my biggest struggle (of many).
Also, you speak a lot about diet being critical, what are your thoughts on cheat days/weekends?

Hey guys love the pod!
Started listening when I was doing research on rhabdo. Started with the rhabdo episode a week ago. I have listened to every episode already while I’ve been recovering. I consumed rhabdo in a can at a local comp my box hosted (shout out to CrossFit CrossAxed in Brisbane!!). I’m not looking forward to the open because I’ve had 2 whole weeks off(having an existential crisis). I always give the open my all but am scared of injuring myself again so soon. Thanks Chris and Doug keep up the awesome work

Just wanted to say thanks to Doug and that other guy who occasionally shows up for keeping podcasting real !
Have been through a few CrossFit related casts and icon is by far the best.
Have happily binged through almost every episode.
Always helpful, informative and funny !

My only pet peeve is you clowns have made me desperately want to try La Croix and we don’t get it here ! Send me a care package ?
Surely highly sought after sponsored athletes such as yourselves can organise an air drop of some sort ?

One topic I would like to hear about is your thoughts on the use of training aids like weight belts and sleeves etc.
I have found myself relying
On my belt more and more and not sure it’s beneficial !

Also can I sneak in a quick shout out to my lovely lady who has been enjoying listening to you guys on her 3 hour drives home on the weekends to see me.
We often have a good laugh and chat about your episodes.
