Today I have our first repeat guest on the show, Imogen Brown from Home Staging Brisbane.  Imogen was one of the first people I spoke to on the podcast, and that episode is still in the Top 5 most listened to episodes we’ve ever had. It’s fair to say she has a lot of experience and wisdom to share. In that first interview we cover Imogen’s background and journey to being one of Brisbane’s most well known home stagers, so definitely go and listen to that.

In today’s chat, we speak about what Imogen’s been up to in the last 12 months and there have been a couple of really important changes she’s made, including identifying her niche and really doubling down on it. She knows exactly what she wants her business to stand for, and I wanted to know what impact she’s seen since making the change. I also asked how Imogen has landed two of Brisbane’s most prestigious agents.

And given everything that has been happening in recent months, we of course spoke about the impact coronavirus has had on the industry, and what long term changes we might expect going forward.
