More episodes?
I liked the first one…. But are you going to release more? It’s been weeks and no other episodes? If the rest are for subscribers only let me know so I can unfollow.
Slow burning brilliance
This podcast puzzled me at first with the strong narration of the journalist which often felt like reading. But having listened to the whole series now, i can see how fine, ethical and considered the journalist’s work is. She has eschewed gratuity and scandal to focus on the voices of the victims, and the painful histories they need to unearth to consider who was Maria’s killer. It’s not easy listening to consider intergenerational trauma of domestic violence and its even harder on the family but it speaks to their tenacity and faith that rights will be wronged. Bravo.
Really well written
This podcast had me on the edge of my seat. So many twists and turns. Such a tragic story and heart goes out to Maria and her family. From what I heard it seems obvious to me who did it but then maybe I don’t have all the information. I hope Maria gets her justice and the right person spends the rest of their life behind bars. And even if it wasn’t him, he should be in jail anyway.
