Does Not Inspire Trust

You lost me straight away when I hear appalling pronunciation of Indonesian ingredients and names of dishes, from both the narrator as well as your “chef”. Do you really think your audience will trust that you know how to cook dishes correctly, when you can’t even say them correctly?
For example, the popular sweet sauce “kecap manis” is pronounced “keCHAP munis” (where the c is a “ch” sound and the a sound is more like the u sound in “bun” and the e sound is a neutral “eh” sound not an “ee” sound). But you said “Key-Cap Man-is” and I turned off. Note that the Indonesian and Malay word “kecap” is related to the English word “ketchup” - you would be better off just saying ketchup!
