Laconic Star
Caveat: I’m a bowls nut. But Big Jimmy is a natural- laconic, unscripted, great stories, could listen all day.
Great style and easy listening
Big Jimmy has a great laidback style of interviewing and this seems to put his guests at ease and brings out some great stories. I’ve listened to every podcast and although only new to bowls (15 months), I now feel I know the who’s who of top level bowlers and have a much greater appreciation of how things work at the top level.
I recommend these podcasts to all bowlers, not just the elite...
