Jasha2 ,

Warm, kind, insightful

I find this podcast so useful and informative. I love the way that Monique draws out key themes in complex trauma and reframes these. I really
ENJOY listening as well as learning about such tough issues, which is rare! Great work 😊

Too slow. Unprepared interview. Perhaps email questions a week prior to interview so the iviewee has answers pertaining to helping people with trauma rather than carry on for miles about Froyd! Nothing to help me at all

Grief To Love ,

Caring, Compassionate, Brilliant

The way Monique listens to her guests is how we all want to be listened to… With an open heart and a caring mind.
The interviews are beautiful and life changing. It doesn’t matter how big or small you think your trauma is, we can all heal just by listening to Monique!
