I just listened to the Kristy Arnett interview and I have never heard someone interrupt their guest and ramble so much in my life.
You should be doing 10% of the talking, not 75%. Let your guest speak! Some of your questions that could have taken 5 seconds took 5 minutes. Infuriating.
