I am honoured to have Jess on today as I have been following her IG account since she was just blogging her fav recipes and it's been inspiring watching her journey. She shares her story from this moment, to now, and everything in between including how her relationship with food, her body and "healthiness" has changed. The thing I love most is Jess' approach that balance & health comes down to kindness - to yourself and your body.
