You da ‘knowledge’ bomb Joe D

I have been a follower of The Industrial Strength Show for about 2 years now and never fail to learn at least one valuable lesson (often many more) from each episode. The fact that Joe imparts his knowledge and shares such high profile guests with us for free is amazing and shows what a quality human being he is (on top of being one of the best strength coaches on the planet. Thank you Joe for your efforts with the show. Looking forward to a massive 2020!
