In this episode the boys talk about the ever struggling battle of mental health in our youth and how to combat it. Daniel suggests that a plan should be put into action and Ivan plays devils advocate. An intriguing episode that will force you to pick sides.

Some of the questions we answer; Are we putting enough attention and resources into mental health? How much awareness is truly focused on our children’s mental maintenance? What's a solution we can implement today, globally, that could help improve mental health and it's accessibility?

This is an intriguing episode with a lot of back and forth discussion. Enjoy the show!

    Ep016 First world problems

    Ep016 First world problems

In this episode the boys discuss 1st world type dilemmas! There’s a lot of laughter and possibly not very much resolutions to these issues, but the laughs count for something as we laugh ourselves to tears. Clint Eastwood, poisoning trees, lawns, BBQ’s, Maury Povich and a few more topics get brought up. A fun and light hearted episode that I’m sure all could relate to.

Ep015 Should you bother with new year's resolutions?

Ep015 Should you bother with new year's resolutions?

In this wide ranging episode the boys begin by discussing the varied approaches to goal settings and new year's resolutions. We explore why some approaches work and why most just don’t. We also discuss our very own approaches and ambitions for 2020 and continue with kicks and giggles by throwing in a few hypotheticals. This first episode for the year is a deep conversation that allows you to get to know your hosts just that little bit more and equally important, hopefully yourself too!

Ep014 Celebrating our wins and the best podcasting business idea of the century

In this light hearted episode the boys look back on moments during their own lives in which they experienced or witnessed a great comeback story or a true winning moment. Some wins are simple wins, others could only of happened through the perfect alignment of coincidence, luck and being in the right place at the right time. Be it in school, sports, work or life itself, we all have wins and a comeback story to tell. This episode, through our own story telling, will encourage you to explore your very own wins and comebacks. This is the wrap-up episode of the year so we close with epic amounts of gratitude but not before revisiting progress on arguably the best podcasting business idea of the century.

Ep013 Do you suffer from 'Superman Syndrome'?

Ep013 Do you suffer from 'Superman Syndrome'?

This episode, despite Ivan’s initial excitement, isnt about the actual superhero Superman! Instead Daniel explores a potential “tongue in cheek” psychological diagnosis that he’s been discussing with his patients (that also happen to be psychologists themselves). This so called ' Superman Syndrome' is something he has been deliberating himself for a very long time and now wants to share it with the listeners of the podcast. The boys deconstruct the syndrome and discover how there’s probably a few more factors that come into play that could very well support the so-called condition and possibly why we probably shouldn’t attempt to cure it.

    Ep012 Do kids need trophies?

    Ep012 Do kids need trophies?

In this episode the boys talk about the necessity of participation trophies and awards. We debate as to whether they are bad and what damage it is causing our future generation. We breakdown some of the reasons why schools have gone down the path of handing out 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards, participation awards, ribbons and 8th place trophies. We explore the roadblocks ahead and evaluate what impact this has on our children. As with most episodes, we try and uncover the "why's" by exploring the fine intricacies and the psychological triggers that lead to this type of “award” system. This is an insightful epsiode that will most likely have you wanting to pick a side. No room for fence sitting on this one!
