I am your host Vanessa Haldane, founder of Journey To Worthy and the #WorthinessMovement. Traumatic events, societal ideals, bullying, abuse, mental illness and the pressure we have put upon us by others, as well as ourselves leave us all doubting our self worth. No woman should feel this way and I have made it my mission to create a community of women who are welcomed without judgement or without prejudice, into the #journeytoworthy Army. Together we will learn to love ourselves, overcome past trauma, set personal boundaries to live a full and happy life and KNOW WE ARE WORTHY of love, respect and acceptance.

LOVE this woman, LOVE this podcast!!
Vanessa and her powerful journey to worthy message is exactly what our daughters need in their life. The raw, real and authentic approach to topics that need discussion is inspiring; and Vanessa’s delivery always shows both strength and vulnerability. Thank-you for always speaking truths and reminding us that we are worthy.. just as we are. Xo
What women want!!
With so much fluff and clutter out there. Vanessa cuts through and hits hard with the topics we not always want to tackle but NEED to ✌🏻 And she delivers it so eloquently 👌
