‘I Didn’t Like What I Was Seeing Around Young People’ – Lifechanger
Scott Watters is an ex-AFL footballer and coach, and the founder of Lifechanger Foundation. Scott saw the need for stronger, more empowered kids, and this is where the foundation was born. We formed a connection through Esther from Jungle Cabarita Beach, where Esther and Scott have been running specialized kids programs together.
Scott’s been able to draw on his professional sports background, fatherhood, and the positive role models he’s had, to create something powerful that’s reaching far beyond just Australia.

Not All Training Goals Are Created Equal
As hotshot PT recruits it’s drilled into us to always ask our client what their goal is. It wasn’t until someone pointed out why this question is redundant, that I stopped asking it…
