The Sex Tapes with Chantelle Otten - Sexual Concerns and their impact on fertility

Today with Chantelle we're going to talk about sexual concerns - things that might come up more commonly than we realise and may not know that there is help available. Especially when trying to conceive such concerns can put even more pressure on an already fragile situation.

We give an overview of how these concerns impact your sexual performance and self esteem: Vaginismus, Erectile concerns, Relationship pressure, Ejaculatory issues, Deep pain, Endometriosis, Post abortion and Vulvodynia.

Chantelle Otten is an internationally acclaimed Psycho-Sexologist based in Melbourne. With her background in scientific research, sexual medicine, and counselling, Chantelle believes that sexuality and self-esteem are an integral part of life, which everyone is entitled to and that Good sexual health should always be enjoyable, pain free and without prejudice.

When speaking to Chantelle it quickly became obvious that we would need more than one episode together to cover Raelia and Chantelle's approaches to sex and answer your many questions.

Through our series The Sex Tapes we will be discussing a range of topics including the female orgasm, sexual concerns, sex for conception and sexual self-esteem through life stages.

One embryo or two? We talk multiple births with Dr Deb Morawetz

One embryo or two? We talk multiple births with Dr Deb Morawetz

Dr Deborah Morawetz is a Paediatrician who works in Neonates in Melbourne. Graduating from Monash University Medical School in 2004, Deborah specialised in Paediatrics training in both Sydney and Melbourne.

As a mother of twins and a Paediatrician, Deborah is uniquely qualified to discuss a common dilemma in IVF, single versus double embryo transfer.

Double embryo transfer marginally increases the chance of pregnancy per IVF transfer attempt, but carries a significantly increased risk of multiple pregnancy in IVF.

Amazing source of credible information

Each Podcast is so informative, with experienced and qualified individuals coming together to share their knowledge and ideas. Information is presented in an easy to understand way, and the right questions are asked to get informative answers. Always look forward to the next episode arriving.

Great content, but audio is lacking

It’s so awesome to have an Australian fertility podcast, and Dr Raelia is really informative and easy to listen to. Unfortunately the audio quality of some episodes, especially Jordi’s sections, is really poor. There’s also a fair bit of ‘dead air’ with long pauses between questions/answers.

Excellent!

A great source of information delivered in a way that everyone can understand. Expert accounts and real life scenarios nothing better to get you prepared and answer all your questions.
