Meggie Palmer is a journalist and the founder of PepTalkHer, an app that helps it’s users negotiate for better pay, with the aim of closing the gender pay gap. On this ep Meggie shares the stories and experiences that inspired her to start PepTalkHer and some of the current challenges posed in closing the gender pay gap. She also unpacked imposter syndrome and some strategies for overcoming it.
