I’m a long time supporter of Onnit and have been listening to the podcast since the beginning. Kyle Kingsbury brings a fresh approach to the podcast that exhibits authenticity, humor and a wealth of knowledge across a range of topics. I have been a fan of Kyle for many years and I am stoked that he is hosting this podcast! The Tait Fletcher episode and Kyle’s solo cast are two of the most inspirational you’ll ever listen to. In a landscape which is overcrowded, this stands above the rest. I’m hooked. 5/5

Highly recommend

Cannot recommend highly enough! I've found this podcast to be perfect for workouts - it is helping me push myself and most importantly, stay in the moment rather than rush through movements and let my mind wander. The conversation is so raw & free-flowing so it's all really easy to follow. Great and easy tips for improving health & headspace! A brilliant tool for intention setting & improving motivation.
