Senior Consultant Ian Geddes, a core member of the Keogh team, has an extensive background in organisational culture and leadership development.

For over 20 years Ian has been designing and developing profiling tools to understand people’s behaviour at work an especially important business focus in the time of the "great resignation".

In this episode, Ian talks about the opportunities he’s had to combine his two great passions; business transformation and sport.

Putting his hand up to volunteer for his children's sporting committee, Ian explains how he progressed the organisation's development to see the club double in size and engage young girls to take up cricket.
