#57: Busting the Myths WFPB with Nic Bathurst
There are so many myths surrounding the whole foods plant based (WFPB) lifestyle, so I thought that I would chat with dietitian Nicole Bathurst to get some clarity.
She busts those big myths and gives us the facts and truths about this way of living and fueling.
Nic helps women, step off the dieting roller coaster and transition to a plant-based lifestyle, while they achieve a healthy body weight. She has been a passionate plant advocate since she got breast cancer in 2013 and discovered the health and weight loss benefits of a diet powered by plants.

#56: Dr Charlie Ward Interview
I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Dr Charlie Ward today 🌟 We had a great discussion about all things fertility and what is going on in the world currently! Charlie has been moving money around the world for various agencies and private companies/individuals for many years and was warned of the pandemic and financial collapse well before it happened.
When he started talking about world events at the beginning of 2020 he had 30 or so people following his channel, now he has over 18 million!
Charlie is a regular voice in our home for the last 2 years, so it was wonderful to finally meet and share information 🙏
This interview is a raw and unedited copy of our conversation.

#55: Injured by the Clotshot
Stacy Hayes is a MMA, Boxer and High End Security Professional.
In March 2021 she had her first AZ shot and things have never been the same since.
Stacy tells her story of how she is coping with her ongoing health issues and how long it took to get some answers from the different doctors and hospitals over the last 9 months.
If you know any women who have been injured and would like to share their story, we would love to speak with them, men too, as this is impacting male fertility as well.
#54: Do Your Own Research
For the last 18 months, I have watched the world as I know it turn upside down. Civil rights and liberties have been stripped from the people, as quickly and effortlessly as this ‘novel coronavirus’ appeared on our doorsteps in January 2020.
Let me start by giving you a pre-frame here, what I am about to discuss with you today is based on my own research, I encourage you to do the same, research, research and then do some more research. I will provide you with the links from mine, including patent numbers, videos discussing money transactions, research paper articles of both published and those confidential in nature articles. Ultimately at the end of the day, please consider this as information that I would give to my own children, anyone that I love and my clients. With that pre-frame, I invite you to sit back and enjoy the story that I am about to tell you.
This represents approximately 0.03% of my research, there is so much more to this world wide event, I encourage you to remain open and stay curious.
#53: Dr Sonya Jessup
Recently I caught up with the wonderful Dr Sonya Jessup to discuss all things fertility and in particular, fertility treatment for the over 40 year old woman.
Sonya shared her own fertility story with me and we talked about her fantastic new clinic – Shire IVF – and also the many Gynaecology options on offer for women, including botox.

#52: How to Cope with Bad News?
When you think about your progress so far trying to have a baby, there are a lot of setbacks. It starts when you first realise that things are not working as you had planned. Having a baby is supposed to be the most natural thing in the world, until it isn’t!
The months of disappointment soon become years for some women and at some point, the whole process becomes a blur of let downs, setbacks and bad news.
Each time your period arrives, it is another reminder of your body’s rebellion against you. Every pregnancy test stick with that one line instead of two, is another failure.
So, what can you do to build up your ‘Fertility Resilience’ muscle?
And do you think you are doing everything that you can possibly do to get your mindset sorted?

Straight To The Point!
This is just what we needed. My wife and I have been on a somewhat steep learning curve, myself especially...coming to grips with IVF and all that it entails. Sophia's podcast is full of fantastic information. I have listened to quite a few episodes of this in the car and have learned loads. Highly recommended listening indeed.
Fine, if you like your advice fluffy and factually dubious
It's a shame that women seeking out experiential and qualitative information regarding fertility treatments must endure, almost as a rule, a hodgepodge of unscientific and unqualified advice and opinion from those who have neither the training nor the expertise to speak on such matters with any authority or credibility.
What happened to "just the facts, Ma'am"?
At Long Last!
My wife and I found out recently that we needed fertility treatment which came as a shock to be honest. I’ve been trying to come to terms with it and have been swamped with a lot of medical information but was looking for something more practical to deal with how we are feeling about everything. This podcast was a breath of fresh air. I stumbled upon it yesterday and I’m learning a lot more than what the doctors have told me and it’s really helping.
