The re-investigation would be fully transparent and the findings made public. After 2 years the review was completed in 2012. But, for reasons unknown, the findings were never made public. Until now....

Disrespectful

Such a shame that this podcast used the tragic loss of a beautiful child to push their biased agenda. Aside from the title track, the sounds and music are bizarre; upbeat at times and therefore flat out disrespectful. Investigative journalism is so important, this is a pathetic attempt at “deep diving” into the truth.

Disappointing

This podcast is very biased and I find it disgusting that Graham Stafford is continually referred to as ‘Stafford’. His Christian name is hardly, if ever, not mentioned by the reporter. I do not know Graham but common courtesy is not being afforded to him.

Why does the narrator continually refer to Graham as STAFFORD. It is so disrespectful !!!
