After a successful career in sales and marketing, he shifted to becoming a growth leadership speaker. A decade later, he started bringing his high energy and dynamic presentations to over 950 audiences. Thom understands that the role of a speaker or master of ceremonies is to set the tone for a strong conference experience and he's a true expert at this.
Thom is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the author of 12 books and the host of three podcasts, “Cool Things Entrepreneurs Do” , “The Digital Enterprise Society Podcast” and "Making Waves At C-Level".
In today's interview, we discuss the impact of lockdowns on the speaking business and how Thom has found a creative pivot to continue making money in spite of what's happening. It's an interesting story and a testament to how thinking differently can make a big impact when you find an entire industry suddenly disrupted.
