*Season 7* That's a wrap!
The MILF LIFE series consisted of 15 episodes featuring 15 sexy mama's. It's been a blast! And now it's holiday season - tune in to find out what's next.
Milf Life lessons from Clinical Social Worker, Melissa Rowe
Today's special guest, Melissa Rowe, is an accredited Mental Health worker who has spent her entire professional career working with families, especially mothers and children managing difficult transitions and situations.
She's also the mama of two girls (aged 13 and 16) and has been married for 13yrs.
In this episode we discuss:
How to honour the different phases of relationships and marriage How to stay connected with your partner when life gets busy How Mel navigated the transition from maiden to motherhood How to help your children freely express themselves and navigate social media How to raise sexual empowered girls (hint: it starts with you!) How to truly connect and effectively communicate with your children What Mel does to stay juiced up What Mel is prioritising now that she’s in her forties Enjoy!
Milf Life lessons from SPNKD Co-Founder, Mir.
Today I want to introduce you to a sexy mama of 3 and co-founder of SPNKD, an elegant adult playroom located in Antwerp, Belgium.
Her name is Mir and this conversation is for the sexy mama’s out there who don’t do vanilla...or simply desire more kink in their relationship.
In this episode I ask Mir these questions:
What inspired the creation of SPNKD? How do you balance motherhood, marriage, and business? What advice do you have for couples interested in kink? How open are you to family and friends about your kinky marriage? How has your sexuality evolved since becoming a mother? What does your kink life actually look like? How do you transition from kinky life to parent life? What are you currently exploring in the realms of love, sex and desire? What is your favourite sex toy? What is your favourite lingerie brand? I hope there is something here for you today.
One last thing, english is not Mir’s native language so this was a big deal for her (as it would be for any of us in her position) so I’m very grateful that she willingly stepped outside her comfort zone to do this and share her experiences on being a woman-lover-mother.
Milf Life lessons from Kitchen Healer, Jules Blaine Davis.
Jules Blaine Davis is a Kitchen Healer and mystic walking the path of a pioneer, awakening us to our hunger for permission, freedom and ease in and out of the kitchen. She invites us into a forever conversation with the mystery of our body, turning on the fire as medicine and the beauty way as deep nourishment.
Jules has also been married for 15 years, has 2 kids aged 13 and 8, and is currently navigating a VERY sacred time in her life since her recent mastectomy.
In this very open and honest conversation, we discuss:
Why nourishment is so vital to the stories that live inside our body How Jules relationship with her body has evolved through the different phases of her life How the Divine Feminine is hungry to move through us in all our roles (be it mother, woman, lover) How Jules is navigating through the shock and sacredness of her recent mastectomy Why the process of going through something traumatic is deeply intimate, even when you’ve married 15 years How she’s tending to her own physical and sexual hunger that most women experience in a long term marriage What’s currently on her bedside table Enjoy!
Milf Life lessons from journalist & public writing coach, Amy Molloy
Today I want to introduce you to a sexy mama who has two children, been married 3 times AND is a kick-ass journalist, editor, and author.

Her 2nd memoir, The World is a Nice Place, sold out in 12 weeks in Australia and made headlines globally. As a content creator, she’s collaborated with some of the biggest brands in the world including GoPro, Netflix, and the Sydney Opera House. She was also the editor of my fav magazine, The Collective Hub In 2019, she successfully crowdfunded her first children’s book – created to emotionally empower young children and the adults in their lives. And….to top it off, she’s also a qualified Counsellor helping thousands of people express their past with her Storytelling for Healing Public Writing workshops.
Her name is Amy Molloy and in this episode, you’ll learn how she personally navigates life as a woman, lover, and mother. Plus, Amy shares the best of what she’s learned when it comes to sharing your personal stories publicly whilst also protecting yourself

Wow, we’re so I start. I felt lost and a pain within that I needed to work in issues I was facing in my relationships, not only helped me with direction, you e helped me realise so much more! I’ve been actively working on other issues in my life with the help of a psychologist for close to 4years now, and I honestly say to my friends that a good podcast/session for me is just as good as session with my therapist. And your podcast series is the first one I recommend to all! As man who always wants to be better in his life I thank you from the bottom of my heart! You’ve helped me in so many levels it’s not even funny! Love love love your podcast ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
For anyone who is stuck on the ‘we never learned this at school’ rant. Susana Frioni is here to guide you. Love her honesty and her ability to make these topics so accessible. Wish I had known all of this 10 years ago. Fantastic guests. Thank you Susana!
Love this podcast however I did have to stop listening to one because of the inconsistent volumes. Almost blew my eardrums - just some constructive criticism for your next podcasts.
