Actionable eating tactics to stop binge urges

Relatable and very easy listening. To slow my eating habits and be in the moment...deep breathing - these are actions which are obvious strategies now that Melanie mentioned it.....I don’t binge eat but I do have strong urges to snack so will definitely try these strategies. Thank you Melanie for just understanding and knowing how frustrating these bad habits are to everyday people
