Chloe and Terri do a great job with this podcast, really shining a light on mental health. Terri provides personal, honest and raw insight to some of the battles she has gone through and is bravely sharing it with the rest of us so we can have a better understanding of how some mental illnesses work. Chloe brings in her knowledge from working in the industry which is great too so you get both perspectives. Really good job girls!
Real, raw, informative and inspiring
I love this podcast! The hosts - Chloe and Terri - have both personal and professional experience in all of the topics they discuss. Terri gives amazing real-life insights into what it’s like to suffer with various mental health conditions, while Chloe (a psych nurse) gives great explanations and advice from a medical perspective. Each episode will have you laughing, crying and leave you with a really in-depth understanding of the topic it covers. I’m always looking forward to the next episode!
A really special and relatable way to spark a conversation on all things mental health and help others know it doesn’t always have to be an intimidating discussion. The light hearted and thoughtful approach we all needed 🤍
