You can feel the tension

This has brought Luther and his struggle close to me, 500 years later. The voice acting and Barry Cooper convey the magnitude of the times and what was at stake. It has renewed my thankfulness to God for the courage of past Christians and the gift of the Scripture I can hold in my hands, read, understand, live by and proclaim. Thanks the Ligonier team

Great and timely reminder!

Many protestants do not know why they are Protestant...listen up and find out!

More than a story

Hearing these events at the actual times they occurred makes you feel the drama and intensity of the period. While the didn’t have modern social media, there is a sense of how quickly word of mouth and the printing press moved the message quickly around Europe.
When revival comes it is indeed like an unstoppable bushfire.
