Join me today as I have a powerful conversation with Michelle Gordon who is a Registered nurse of 25 years, mum of 3 children, neuro linguistic programming practitioner and alignment and manifestation coach. 
After suffering debilitating burnout, anxiety and alcoholism in 2016-2018 Michelle took herself on the most profound healing journey, a journey that propelled her into a life of health, happiness, joy and abundance. Michelle is now passionate in helping men and women overcome burnout and overwhelm and create a life they love! A life aligned with the essence of who they are, and their goals, dreams and desires.

We also talk about how Michelle leans into her Human Design and experiments with being a Splenic Manifestor. She describes how learning that she was a Manifestor was like an exhale - where she finally understood how her energy worked and why she experienced these extreme bursts of energy followed by the need to rest & retreat.

In this week’s episode I sat down with Erin O’Donoghue (@erin_hivecollective) who is a recovering over-thinker and imperfect human on a mission to live a slower, more intentional life and support others along the way. She’s all about mind, body, soul healing and empowering people to be their best. In life and work. 
Erin went from sacral burnout to a journey of 33 days of joy to truly reconnect with herself following a Human Design reading. In December 2021 Erin was feeling chronic exhaustion from doing the busy work and feeling stuck in the “shoulds” of life and she knew that she needed to reset. 

That was when she leaned into her energetic design as a 1/3 Sacral Generator and went on a journey of self discovery that led her to follow what lights her up like leaning into her gifts by starting a podcast, following her curiosity to study hypnosis and moving with her family from Melbourne to live in Bali.
