Crazy, right? I shared my own struggles with burnout over the past few weeks and how stress (and all that cortisol) has shown up in my skin, my energy, and my overall health. Think: breathing exercises, face yoga, and finding time to hydrate and rest. It’s all about letting go of the things that are weighing us down.
