Mandated Masculinity Luther Herrod Jr

We are living in a culture of blaming everything and everyone but ourselves. Funny thing is, our first parents, Adam and Eve did the same thing in the garden. Reality is, if we want to see real change in our culture, it starts with individuals. Those individuals have to be raised in a home with both parents, because our issues of today stem mainly from fatherless home and especially in the black community. When hearts are changed and grounded in the  righteousness of Christ, then we will see the change thats needed in our society.

I had believed for a short period of time that it was ok to be aggressive when someone didn't agree with you. Like Martin, from the sitcom show "Martin", used to say, "its a man thing". As I began to think on the subject, while talking it over with my wife, I was faced with the immaturity in my heart. My wife graciously pointed me back to Gods word to see that godly men practiced self control and they were not aggressive. Thanks to the wisdom of my wife we have this episode. Enjoy!!!!!

Men! In order for us to protect and serve there are things that have to be in place. In this episode I talk about those requirements needed to effectively protect and serve. 

We are living in a society where true masculinity is almost extinct. In this episode I talk about how I fall short in acting like a man and im just working through my brain, as I talk, to work this reality out. I'm hoping that someone out there will understand and join me on this journey as we I talk about where to find the picture of true masculinity, embrace it, and put it in to action.
