Weight vs. Wobble

I love this segment so much! As a young professional in the fitness industry it can be so hard to know the best way to approach the concept of weight and body fat without suggesting potentially mentally damaging things to your clients. This is such a good perspective and puts a really positive spin on what health and fitness looks like. Love it!
