58: How to Deal With Difficult Family Members

Ever wonder what to say to difficult family members? You know who I'm talking about. Maybe they're terrible listeners, they're inconsiderate or just plain rude... whatever it is, they are a burden and you don't like them that much (but find that they are in your life regardless).

In this episode, I go over a real-life example of a situation that happened to someone I met. I introduce a specific communication technique that can be used for this situation (and many others like it).
