In this episode we are joined by Leila Stead, a psychic medium and a single mother. Leila was pregnant when her ex partner left her and her journey as a solo mum began. It’s taken lots of work over the years but Leila and her ex partner now work together in a positive coparenting dynamic. Ella Boylan is a contemporary landscape artist and mother, in this episode, she shares with us her incredibly personal journey of loss and grief. Ella and her late husband Jay, were childhood sweethearts. Ella takes us from their first party pash when they were teens, to their decision to start a family, and the tragic accident that took his life.

Ella reflects on the challenges of being a young widow and the impact of Jay's death and the trauma that followed, now helping her daughter cope with grief. She emphasises how important it was through this journey to remain positive and optimistic while living with grief.

Finally, she discusses her journey of finding love again after loss. Despite the heartbreak, Ella finds solace in her art and uses it as a means of expression and healing.
