Badass

This is a fierce podcast hosted by two strong women that take no prisoners. I am here for every witty, thought provoking minute. After only a couple of episodes, this podcast has launched into my favourites and I love the way the hosts take on the most pressing issue of our time and explore it with grace, insight and a good serving of sass. Thank you for putting this out into the world, we need more like it.

Make it this one

If you were to listen to only one podcast on climate change then make it this one. Listening to such inspiring women (and the occasional man!) gives me a glimmer of hope that all is not yet lost in the battle against climate breakdown. The camaraderie between hosts, former Irish President Mary Robinson and comedian Maeve Higgins and their tireless optimism is equally engaging. It’s a gem of a podcast. A big thank you to everyone involved in producing it.

Everyone needs to listen!

Climate change really is a man made problem with a feminist solutions (both heavy terms that need lots of unpacking, which this podcast chips away at). Feminist solutions include not just women's work, but work of indigenous people and people from countries on the front lines of climate change. Very important and educational podcast, and having Maeve on adds a lovely comedic element.
