Cain has autism. I have bi-polar disorder. There's a lot of "hashtagnofilter" going on in this podcast so believe me when I say: listening is not for the faint-hearted!
I have known Cain since he was a toddler, a good 20 years. He was in the Logie nominated first season of "Employable Me" (ABC - Highly recommend watching) which is about the struggles of many non-neurotypical Australians trying to find meaningful work. As a teenager he started becoming deeply interested in films and has spent the last 10 years becoming something of a film buff. He started a blog of film reviews and is utterly prolific. He has written hundreds of reviews. Some are published to international film review website "Filmink", he has interviewed Director Edgar Wright and met his hero David Stratton. My literal only claim to fame is that I was an extra in "The Matrix: Reloaded". True story. In the nightclub scene you should be able to recognise the bottom left hand section of my midriff...... But I digress!
So we both love films. Spoiler alert: We are talking as though you have seen the film! We discuss two films per episode, one which Cain chooses (new release) and an older film chosen by me (coz I'm old) and they are always linked in some way.
So why are you still reading this??? You need to start listening like NOW.
We will happily accept invitations to red carpet events, Cannes Film Festival etc. Call me ;)

Good dynamic, insightful conversation. I love a good post viewing post mortem and my husband doesn’t usually have much to contribute so I’m loving this new podcast.
