Millennials are fundamentally shifting the world. They are re-writing the rules, challenging the status quo, and raising the collective consciousness of the planet. They are pulled by their vision, and are relentlessly optimistic in their pursuits of individual and collective wellness, fulfillment, and excellence. Although they may appear to be superhuman, this generation of game-changers still need to fuel up every single day. This is their oxygen. Breathe in.

It’s been a few weeks, but I’m excited to back behind the mic once again. As you may know, Moving Millennials is a total passion project for me. At this point it is not a business and I have no immediate plans to turn it into one.

So, I’ll go in waves of producing lots of content, and then retract for a bit. My goal moving forward is to find a nice flow were I can produce consistent content without feeling the need to pull back.

Today’s chat is all about the idea that Profits are better than Wages. Jim Rohn says that wages are fine, but profits are super-fine.

Tune in to learn more about what he means. I believe this is one of the most powerful concepts you need in order to live a life of real freedom.

This episode is dedicated to all of my fellow baseball (and sports) fans. Many of you know that I LOVE baseball, and am a passionate Toronto Blue Jays fan. Last night, the Jays advanced to the America League Division Series (starting tomorrow!!) after beating the Baltimore Orioles in the winner-moves-on Wild Card game. It was EPIC, and ended with a 3-run homer from Edwin Encarnacion.

In this episode, I use baseball and the Jays’ season as a metaphor for Resilience. Tune in, take notes, and start putting yourself in more situations where there’s a possibility of failure. You’ll be better for it.

    GO JAYS GO!!!!
