Do yourself a favour..

There is nothing like this podcast out there. The amount of free, life changing, mind blowing information that’s dropped in each episode is insane.

As far away from bro-science imaginable, what I’ve learnt from listening to only 10 episodes has changed my perspective on life and training completely.

Good guests but awful host

The host of this podcast needs to learn some conversation fundamentals. He constantly interrupts guests in the middle of a point to interject something about himself that was never even asked. He comes off as considering himself superior to his guests which is hilarious considering he’s requested them to come on as an expert. I’m good for any more eps, Ben.
