Changing my life

Ben your podcast is exactly what I have been looking for. I absolutely love strength training but the restrictive body building lifestyle is not for me, it’s just not a goal of mine to be on stage or that lean for a fleeting moment. Age and wine loving is against me anyway! 😂I also felt a little conflicted at times with my natural tendencies to wholistic, grounding practices. What can I say I was raised by hippy parents and that stuff is entrenched. You provide information and support to promote a complimentary life balance that endorses a happy healthy mind and body.
