Informative, good sense of humour and easy to understand knowledge

Loved it this episode on abs without crunches very informative, and at the end I did 10 reps of index finger on naval and sternum and the burn was very much present, thank you for a great listening experience on my walk this morning, I’ll be listening in again tomorrow x
