    58. Anxiety In Grief

    When someone we love dies, it can really change the way we view the world. Whereas once we may have been somewhat naive, we now know that bad stuff CAN and DOES happen... and that your entire world can change in the blink of an eye. It's therefore understandable that grief can come with a heightened sense of anxiety, a state of hypervigilance where you are always on red alert waiting for something else to happen. In this episode we discuss some of the most common causes and types of anxiety that we've come across in grief, and some things that are helpful and not so helpful in living with it.     57. Grief Boundaries

    A lot of people will resist setting boundaries because it's too uncomfortable and they don't want to let others down. But what if you're letting yourself down and are neglecting your own self-care? If you don't set healthy boundaries, you may constantly find yourself doing things others want you to do, rather than what you want to do, or putting up with things that don't sit right with you. This can often lead to resentment of the other person. Boundaries are even more important to have in place when you're grieving or experiencing a challenging time. This episode may help you to look at boundaries in a different way, and to feel more comfortable when using them.
