No. 194: Live from QuayCentre Sydney Vs Bendigo with Emma Clarke

Live from the QuayCentre we’re joined by the versatile and deadly 3pt shooter Emma Clarke, recovering from injury. Despite being one of several starting players sidelined in a testing season for the embattled Sydney Flames who are playing their home game Semi Finals against minor premiers the Bendigo Spirit. 

In this pre-game live pod Emma gives us a look into the critical role injured players have in training and giving support as the remaining squad members take the floor - play by play, quarter by quarter with only one goal…to fight back and win.

Hailing from Perth, Emma highlights the mindset at the core of the Flames.

Result: The Bendigo Spirit defeated the Sydney Flames 91-74, in a close contest till the 4th Qtr, Spirit Coach Kennedy Kereama in the post game presser was relieved for the win, ‘ I don’t think we could have asked for a more spirited & resilient group to play against…’
