No. 232: Tough4T the legacy continues - Cynthia & Terei Mangakahia & guest co-host Vanessa Panousis

Honouring Tiana ’T’ Mangakahia, ahead of what would have been her 31st birthday, this episode is the full release of an intimate reflection on Tiana’s life, her battle with breast cancer and the heartwarming story of her family and close friends who stood with her in this difficult journey.

Former professional baller, Vanessa Panousis co-hosts alongside T’s family in a rare glimpse behind the scenes of a young woman who overcame incredible challenges to battle breast cancer for many years while staying connected to the game she loved, always hopeful and living her life to the full.

In doing so Tiana not only let people in on her journey, but used her story and hoops platform to raise awareness for young women especially.

Now her hearts desire to continue that legacy is coming to life with her foundation Tough4T.
