Life is funny sometimes. We can be happy one minute, sad the next. Depression is real. September is National Suicide Prevention Month and so I'm going to take this opportunity to get a little serious. I understand this is a hard topic for some, so if you are unable to listen I completely understand. It's time to share with the world what happened on July 5th, 2014.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 160 crisis centers that provides 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 1-800-273-8255. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
