Smile Mediation
This is called the smile meditation. This is a great way to start the day and to set up your day with happiness. This is especially great if you don’t have a lot of time to meditate.
Using your inner smile is a simple yet powerful relaxation technique. A genuine smile transmits loving energy that has the power to integrate and heal yourself and others. As you literally “smile at yourself,” that has the effect of raising your energy level and preparing you for peak performance. It also enhances your level of selfacceptance. You may wish to practice this exercise at home when you first wake up in the morning as well as any other time you just want to relax or increase your sense of self-appreciation. -
