I didn’t realise it at the time but...

This podcast has helped me so much after listening for the first time around 12 months ago. The short, clear and manageable suggestions made by Claire in each podcast are an ENFP or ADHD person’s dream.
I caught myself feeling almost embarrassed at times, thinking how obvious some of the discussion points were. Shouldn’t I just “get” this as a 30 year old professional?
Claire understands how to break down the tasks that many people likely complete regularly and intuitively, without conscious thought or consideration - and explains how to implement them in your daily routine.
Thank you Claire for your wonderful teachings,
Steph

Practical advice

Very practical advice and I like that Claire gives a small, very achievable task at the end. However, they are very short podcasts - good in one way- but the introduction takes up more than one minute, a large percentage of the podcast generally, hence the four stars. Thank you for offering this.
