    288 Richard Murray

    288 Richard Murray

This week’s interview Richard Murray needs no introduction to most of the triathlon fans in the World. Richard finished 4th at the Rio Olympics, a few agonising seconds short of the podium, after running through the field. He has multiple wins and podiums at ITU World Triathlon events. We talk about his recent controversial 5km ‘training run’ - where he unofficially broke the South African road 5km record in 13.37. We hear how he ran 15.03 for 5k as a 16 year old - IN BARE FEET! - and hear his thoughts on his competition for the podium in Tokyo.

Rob and Helen are my go to when doing my gym work, when I am driving and when I am cooking. To say I am addicted to this podcast is an understatement. I live in Australia and they have inspired me to travel more and look at camps around the world.
