The only podcast you need

You. Need. This. Podcast.

The people, content and the constructive nature of Simon’s Plant Proof podcast’s have not only changed my outlook on life, but have also challenged my thinking and promoted incredible self education. If there was a virtual bible for a whole food plant based lifestyle, Plant Proof would be it. Besides plants, other topics discussed such as social media, lifestyle behaviour and athleticism have prompted deep and meaningful positive reflection and growth.
Plant Proof podcasts are a collection of wholesome gold, and I constantly find myself sharing links with friends and family, as well as using certain podcasts as revision for my diet and disease unit at University! If you’re into health, if you’re into nurturing your mind, body and microbiome, you’re already head over heals for what’s in store for you within Plant Proof podcasts!
So thanks Simon, for instilling my (sure to be) enduring admiration and fascination for the proof of plants 🌱

For many years I have been on the internet researching for truthful information about the disease, Gut health or globally what is healthy food in general.

This podcast gives the world some researched insight and inspirational information about what can happen or for some does happen to our bodies when we consume food.

Great conversations everyone needs to hear

I’ve been obsessed with the Plant Proof podcast since discovering it around 6 months ago. It has totally transformed my approach to health and nutrition. Simon speaks to a variety of guests covering different topics and I always feel like I’ve learned so much. Favourite podcast for sure!!
