Open minded and informative

A really great podcast series with open minded experts that are passionate about their fields and living a plant-based diet. The information put forward by Simon and his guests is really educational and solid, done with great care for the lifestyle.
Absolutely love this series and I look forward to seeing what each new week has in store. 🙏🙌

Do yourself a favour!

Simon is able to bring on guests that have genuine knowledge in the areas of concern and talk about scientific research. He approaches a plant based diet from a non-pushy way with no judgement.
Very relateable and super insightful. Would pay money to listen too.

Best Podcast I’ve listened too!

Just listened to the podcast with Dr Renae Thomas. Her passion and motivation for what she does and her wealth of knowledge was very inspiring. My journey to a whole food plant based diet began two years ago after a major health scare and I have never felt better. I totally agree that you need some kind of motivation to change your lifestyle permanently and am so glad I did.
