I'm always raving about this podcast

I should've done a review ages ago because this is truly one of my favourite finds of the past couple of years. I only wish I'd discovered it sooner. The content is essential listening for anyone who cares about wholistic health from a rigorous scientific perspective, combined with wisdom about the human psyche, and a recognition of all that we have yet to learn. The content is excellent, I always learn something, and take pleasure in the way Howard hosts the podcast. You can tell so quickly that he not only razor-sharp and extremely well-informed, but is also a wise being and all round good person. We need more of all of this in the world. PS I'm a Brit who lives in Australia and it's still spot on in its relevance and appeal, even though it's from the US. I recommend it universally and whole-heartedly (and I am a supporter on Patreon because I get so much value from it).

Thanks Howard for keeping me on track in my 4 months new plant based life. It’s not always easy, but listening to your podcast every day keeps my ‘why’ front and centre in my mind. Your guests are varied and interesting, and you keep it real and relatable.

Plant Yourself in front of the speakers and learn

I enjoy Howard’s honest interviewing style. He takes great pleasure in learning new ideas from his guests and shares his own observations. His guests are varied and first rate. He covers all aspects of the plant-based lifestyle. He focuses on health and nutrition but also covers activism, the environment and the practicalities of handling the push back you get from being plant-based/vegan. He also covers the mental aspect of making changes which applies to other aspects of your life apart from diet.
