    From facing her own struggles with anxiety and perfectionism, Nebraska Psychologist Dr. Hayden Finch has studied and researched a natural based approach to overcoming these issues. The consequence of the work she has done is the result of healing in many others through her psychology practice. As well as training in cognitive behavioural therapy, she has also trained a lot around exposure therapy and trauma based healing.

    Daniel Batten has been through trauma. From his own internal struggles, to losing his first born child. From a life that built up massive amounts of stress, Daniel (with the help from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shanker and his teachings) learnt how to move through stress. From years of inner work, Daniel is a senior meditation and breathing teacher for New Zealand’s Art of Living Foundation and is helping the public and running programs in prison to become stress free. 
    With his background in becoming the only New Zealander featured in the National Business Review as both an actor and as a chief executive, Daniel also shows us that it’s possible to become abundant at both the inner and the outer game.

    From Depressiveness to a Thriving Mentality with James Cameron - PC 48

    One of the most inspiring men that I know. James Cameron lived a life of alcohol, regret and suffering. Having 10 beers and half a bottle of red wine a night when he was 18, James not long after experienced his father’s death. Reacting to this, James nearly killed himself alongside another family in this decision to end things. However, reaching a turning point in the final few seconds, James managed to go from suffering… to thriving.
    On his journey, not only did he face immense pressure business and relationship wise, he also had tremendous past trauma he was still working through. Even after building a 7-figure business on the back end of 70-100 hour work weeks, he found that this was just not how he wanted to live.
    James spent 2 years in a Buddhist monastery, has worked closely with a coach for years, and has done some intense inner work in order to cultivate the man he is today. He has coached myself for over a year, and many others (some programs reaching $180,000 per year - he’s another level). The quality of the results that James creates not just for himself, but those around him, is noticeable in the quality tools that are shared on this episode. A Podcast You Can Grow To...

Hedley is the man! He’s been mentoring my fitness journey online and I’m really glad he has a podcast I can tune into on a regular basis. It’s awesome to hear some genuine content that is growing me! I’m a podcast buff and junkie so this is just super icing on the cake for me week.

I recommend this for those on the walk to the gym or maybe the commute to/from work. Aye skuxx
