MISS VDUB ,

Great info but frustrating to listen to

I really wanted to love these podcasts, but the more I listened, the more frustrated I became. I like to binge listen to podcasts because I'm on the road on my own a lot, but the really annoying theme song starts to drive you up the wall. Ryan is a qualified PT and is very informative. The other guy Justin appears to be a guitar teacher, delivers misinformed information, whom refers to MMA a lot and introduces himself as "Chef Sonic" (not sure what it's got to do with fitness or where this comes from). I find Justin talks over the top of Ryan a lot, this can make it very hard to take in the information and not great on a podcast. Great info, but gets lost in the delivery. Please drop the theme song!!!
